Prior established the Office, Mr. Adhitya worked as legal litigation manager in state owned company for 17 years. Those experiences have accumulated him in a great deal of litigation cases, mostly in Finance, Maritime, Shipping and Arbitration Law.

During establishing the Office, from 2001 – present, Mr. Adhitya is enriching his knowledge in arbitration and has successfully introducing the Office to its clients with superb services, which has been proven by serving BANI in numerous cases, including but not limited to the annulment of arbitration petition case, legal suit against arbitrators and legal suit challenge against the appointment of arbitrators.

Mr. Adhitya since four years ago is also a listed arbitrators in Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia/BANI Arbitration Centre

Mr. Adhitya speaks English and Bahasa.

Mrs. Rahayu established the Office along with Mr. Adhitya in 2001 and has involved in numerous cases of arbitration. Those experiences furnishes her with deep knowledge in arbitration as well as Mr. Adhitya.

Besides arbitration, Mrs. Rahayu has also familiar with family law, criminal litigation, corporate matters and bankruptcy.

Mrs. Rahayu speaks English and Bahasa.

Mr. Aria graduated from Faculty of Law of Tarumanagara University. Prior joined the Office, he worked for several prominent law firms and companies in Jakarta.

Those experiences have furnish him with deep knowledge in handling commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, procurement, property, mining, family law and general corporate matters.

Mr. Aria has license as PERADI advocate, Registered Intellectual Property Rights Consultant, Certified Procurement Lawyer (CPL) and Certified Procurement Contract Legal Expert (CPCLE). He speaks English, Bahasa and casual Japanese.

Mr. Kamil graduated from the Faculty of Law of Trisakti University and earned his Master of Law from Tarumanagara University, majoring in Economic Law.

He has broad knowledge in Criminal Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Insurance Law, Arbitration and Labor Dispute.

He also has license as PERADI advocate and speaks English and Bahasa.

Meilvin graduated from the Faculty of Law of Trisakti University.

Prior joined YBP, he worked for prominent law firm in Jakarta and has broad knowledge in Criminal Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Bankruptcy, Arbitration and Labor Dispute.

He also has license as PERADI advocate and speaks English and Bahasa.

Mr. Arie graduated from the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University and earned his Master of Law from Deakin University of Australia, majoring in Economic Law.

He specializes in Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Administrative Litigation (TUN), Arbitration, Suspension of Payment, Bankcruptcy Petition, Insurance, Labor Dispute, Corporate Law, Initial Public Offering (IPO) and Right Issue.

He also has license as PERADI advocate and speaks English and Bahasa.

Mr. Leonive graduated from the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University, majoring in Law Practitioner and earned his Master of Law from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Economic Law.

Mrs. Nurza graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Asing Yapari Bandung majoring Japanese Language and earned his master in Japanese Language from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Bandung.

She is joining YBP as a Japanese Speaker to assist the Office in handling Japanese clients while working as a lecturer in Widyatama University Bandung.

She has experiences in handling Japanese clients who desire to establish cooperation in business and education in Indonesia.

She speaks English, Bahasa and Japanese.
